Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Yeovil

Car wasn't ready or even returned BUT. soon as it was The two Staff who were on today were all over it like a rash. Cleaned and smooth takeover.. top.. thank you .. very happy with customer service.

Rented a Luton van with tail lift and it was great. Seemed like a brand new vehicle, clean and well kept. No marks on it, not even when I took it back. The staff here were friendly and efficient. Will use again.

Because of a breakdown, we urgently needed an automatic car. Enterprise, Yeovil upgraded us to a car the same size as ours for free and we were able to resume our holiday quickly.

The guys here are amazing , helped with a vehicle within 2 hours then no problems when I needed to change it due to my child's needs. Very polite, efficient & nothing is too much trouble. Thank you so much

I would give 0 star if I could. Reserved van for 8am pick up and literally 2min before they phoned me that they dont have it and will need to cancel reservation. Went round the corner to dorsetvehiclerentals and as always they were not to dissapoint. Just avoid Enterprise at all costs!!!

I really can't understand why anyone would choose to use these clowns let alone give them anything more than 1 star on here.I guess insurance companies keep using them going by using them because they are cheap, they'd never survive if they had to rely on real customers.

Although my contract had a £50 excess I was pressured to spend £70 on extra insurance as I was wrongly told I would be charged £275 for each rental car panel damaged in an accident. Extremely annoying as I will now have to get a refund. On driving away from Enterprise I realised the rental car windscreen was extremely dirty on the inside, making it very difficult to drive into the sun and of course I had no cloth available to clean it.

My Husband Reserved a Van for morning collection as it was needed for a house move in Scotland, the evening before collection enterprise emailed to say they were having trouble getting a vehicle.This was sent after store closing hours, so had no one to get in contact with until the morning.The morning the vehicle was required nothing could be given for the time needed. We were offered a Van for 5pm same day, which would have been a solution, but unfortunately living in Yeovil and going to Scotland with limited time off work to get the move complete, this wasn’t an option for us.We received a full refund and the customer assistant over the phone was pleasant and helpful, not the individuals fault.I do understand that issues can occur but if a reservation is made for a Specific time it should be honoured, or we should have at least been given more notice because we could have sourced a van from elsewhere, but with short notice this has left us stuck.

I had a great experience renting a van from Enterprise in Yeovil. I was assisted by Dan Viney, and although he said he was rather new to the job, he was very thorough and professional yet friendly. I even purchased the added insurance-which I almost never do-and it turned out to be a blessing because the windscreen was hit by a stone, which left a big chip. It ended up costing me nothing due to the insurance. Good job all around at Yeovil Enterprise, especially Dan.
