Bad service by the guy serving who is kind of rude when there were not lot of clients. Told him for take away and he just dump my drinks on the table..I had to ask him for something to carry the drinks. Then the child's menu does not come with a toy as written and no explanation given. Wed 24/08/2016 1pm.

The food was served quick, hot and tasted great. These were the good points but sadly there were a lot more negative ones. The serving counter was covered in sticky soft drink residue and scattered straw wrappers all over it. The bins were full, alerted a staff member who was 'just about to do that' but not very interested in my comment. There were only 2 team members on duty which could explain why it was so messy everywhere and neither one of them looked like they wanted to be there. No milkshakes as their machine was not working. Having worked in fast food myself it needs a good manager in this location that can lead a team (team being more than 1) and some longer opening hours to maximise turnover. From the google reviews it looks like it could definitely do much better. Especially as you're serving a captive audience that just wants a quick bite to eat before they get on their ferry. Finding out the departure times is not rocket science, once you know these then you can then prepare for each rush and be ready for it.Great potential, needs to do much better!

Ordered the vegan nuggets, got chicken ones, which was a shock after the first bite. Mistakes happen, but was stunned that I didn't receive even an apology or acknowledgement of how serious a mistake that was - just 'oh we'll make some new ones'! Not impressed at all.

Waiting for the ferry from Dover to Calais, I ordered five Whoppers. Unfortunately, the staff was so slow. As they started to board the ferry and my order wasn't ready, I asked if I could have just anything, but they could not provide it. I just had to run back to the car, and my £29 was just money down the drain.

We went in Burger King at Dover while we waited to board our ferry on a coach. We left our bank card on the coach so tried to order at the counter and pay cash. Staff said they had so many pre orders from the self service boards they could not take our order. The problem was people who came in after us were getting served while we were still waiting. After 15 minutes we were told they would serve us but it was too late our ferry was boarding and we had to walk out with no food or drink.
