Really don't treat their employees well. Promise pay rises to keep their 'best lofter'from leaving when he wanted to find a better employer only to be rung up and told the lofting side is going bust so no work. This close to Christmas?! Joke of a firm. Expect people to work weekends. But yet they pay their employees minimum as much thy can. Send workers out in un safe vans to the point workers are being pulled over by police! And police threatened the workers with points on their personal licence! Avoid H and S like the plague !

Bent over backwards for this firm-done jobs over and above what was required amid the heatwave.repaired roads,electrics and forklift, etc. Told on a Thursday evening must sit an exam on the Friday with no warning and no revision time as they changed job spec. to 'lorry driver' to go all over Essex and Kent. As expected- failed the exam,no chance of revision or a second go- and so lost job-company deducting cost of exam from wages...I didn't ask for the exam nor want it...I am a forklift operator, hired as such. -paid a lot of money for my own exams and passed with flying colours Reach Truck and Counter Balance, I also have a site safety certificate..I don't need cscs or whatever it's called, and I don't want to change my profession. !!
