Carbon Superbikes

I was a bit nervous buying long distance but I needn't have been. Chris was fantastic from start to finish with good old fashion proper customer service. He answered every call and email immediately and kept in touch every day. The bike was exactly as described, given a full service (not a 5 minute look over) and delivered in 5 days from start to finish. Could not be happier with them, and I would strongly recommend Carbon Superbikes to anyone.

It was love at first sight, not Chris!I didn’t view the low mileage GS Rallye because it would have been too many hours to travel.I live in South Devon, but you could see it was a quality example from the photos on the website. The whole process from start to delivery was first class. Every single query I posed was answered in a way that gave you the confidence that Chris knew his bikes.The delivery by Quick Bikes was great too. The van arrived at 7am giving me plenty of time to inspect, ride and reassure myself that this was a smart move.After a couple weeks the battery was showing low voltage and after a quick phone call Chis was on it and the new battery was delivered next day.Absolutely full of praise to Chris and the team.No hesitation whatsoever to recommend this business.
