I was looking at various car sales providers and came across Gem Cars Ltd, after looking at the excellent customer reviews & the exceptional car video on their website, I decided to take the plunge and purchase my next car. Mark & Gina are lovely, down to earth, honest, knowledgeable people that go the extra mile for you, at last good old customer service values are back! I am so pleased with this company, I without question highly recommend them.I love my new car! & I am grateful to Mark & Gina for making the purchase transaction so smooth, sorting all paperwork out for me. Amazing service throughout the entire purchasing experience. Mark's video walk through was very helpful as it gave an open and honest look at the car. Gina was brilliant as well, taxing the car for me and sorting out all the paperwork. Also always in contact with updates and made the delivery process very easy. Car was delivered in immaculate condition and as listed. I felt comfortable and confident in dealing with them the entire time. A review about Gem Cars: a very real gem indeed-at a time of catastrophic personal upheaval l found myself in desperate, immediate need of an affordable utility vehicle. Gem were able to kit me out with a lovely Berlingo and went the extra mile to get it MOT'd expediently since l come from Gloucestershire and was briefly visiting Family in North Lincolnshire. I returned recently to have some planned work carried out and Mark, the proprietor, was kind enough to ferry me to and from the local station himself .His team is excellent: Phil, the salesman, is a brilliant communicator-friendly, informed, direct, very helpful. Gina, at the office nerve centre is so on-the -ball, always responds to messages,arranged everything for my recent visit absolutely spot-on. Mark ensured all was sorted out as requested . Everyone was kind and helpful. In short, a local Family business run to excellent traditional standards, absolutely Brilliant. As a lady of somewhat senior years who has only just now been able to return to personal car ownership, l have found the Team at Gem Cars so helpful and confidence inspiring . Thankyou so much, Guys. If you are looking for a quality 2nd hand car at a reasonable price speak to GEM cars! Mark and Gina are friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.From the thorough video “look around” you get an excellent idea of what you are going to purchase so when you arrive for your pre arranged test drive you are not disappointed.Mark went above and beyond my expectations last week, we asked Mark if he would have a look at our car which we purchased just over 3 months ago because it had developed an irritating noise and I wanted advice on the warranty procedure to have the car checked.He agreed and after a short drive in the car he thought the noise was coming from the hatch door panel, which incidentally, I had removed to repair a washer pipe a few weeks earlier. Without hesitation, Mark removed the “incorrectly” fitted panel and refitted it correctly while I waited.What a GEM! Highly recommended.

We bought a Skoda Fabia from Gem cars a couple of weeks ago, And sadly it broke down on my way home from work. Anyway, called recovery and the RAC came out and fixed the car at the road side. My wife contacted GEM Cars Ltd who then dealt with the warranty company on our behalf. This happened last Friday and we had a call from GEM Cars today asking was everything OK, and the warranty company will be reimbursing us. If only other dealers gave this level of customer care. Great customer satisfaction in my opinion.

There was absolutely no pressure selling at Gem. We saw a video on their site which was very comprehensive indeed and subsequent to that we arranged a viewing. Mark was on hand to answer any questions (but wasn't breathing down my neck) , I took the car for a test drive, decided to buy it and Gina handled all the necessary paperwork swiftly and expertly. They made what can be a stressful experience a very easy and pleasurable one. We are very happy with the car and would unreservedly recommend them.

Drove 100 miles to view a car they listed for sale the day before only to be told it was in the compound 15 miles away and they were doing no more viewings until after Xmas, tried ringing previously beforehand but just went to answer machine, sent two emails in the week to enquire about it none were responded to so that's why I drove there, what sort of business turns down 6 grand completely baffles me, but there you go. Shall look more local in future which is what I should have done to begin with.Edit;Sorry tell me again where in this email it says about booking a viewing or test drive. You can't!! Who's lying?

Bought a car from Gem Cars about 2 months ago and we’re really happy with it. It even came delivered which was great considering where we live.The video was absolutely brilliant and covered all the main areas you’d expect to look yourself for a quality second hand car (I’m not even that clever with cars, but this helped me understand).
