Great service, the staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and everything was so perfect.A really nice place to go for a Sunday roast, highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've had a few mixed experiences eating at the Windhover and unfortunately my last visit was one of the bad ones. Table was booked for my mum's 70th birthday, upon arrival the table wasn't ready, they asked us to wait around the bar area, which we had no problem doing but getting noticed and served wasn't happening any time soon unfortunately. Once our table was Free" there wasn't enough room for out party. The staff taking our orders were very nice and friendly but our food came out and wasn't great

We are local , so we visit regularly. The Festive menu is something we do as a family every Christmas, last year there was no Turkey so i did check before arriving. We ordered drinks, but these took quite a while to arrive, when they did it was wrong but this was corrected quickly. Food was very good, portion size, how it was served, time taken and quality were all very good, and i could not fault the food, very good! We all had desserts also but we wanted to wait, we was not rushed. When we wanted further drinks it was easy to order and easy to get the bill also. The staff seemed busy and not many BUT they did really well to keep going and no issues with this. Really happy with the night. Better experience than last year.

Have nothing to complain about.Food was delicious, place was clean and staff friendly. Definitely one to add to the list of repeat visits!We sat in garden with 2 dogs, we booked and paid for everything from a QR code on the table. Service was quick and friendly.

We visited for my wife's birthday. We had a party of 5 adults and 1 child. It was fairly quiet when we arrived as we went for the early slot 16:45. The staff were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and came round promptly to take our drinks order whilst we were deciding what to eat. The menu is amazing with some tasty looking options. The wait for food was reasonable (wasn't the quickest but when food is cooked fresh and not just chucked in a microwave then you should expect a small wait). Very happy with the wait and was even happier when we tucked into our food. None of us had any issues with the food. It was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The drinks were nice and staff were superb.If you want nice food and don't mind paying a little bit more than just pub food" this is the place for you. Will definitely be going again."

Haven't been to The Windhover in over 10 years. The last time I was there the food was excellent and this time didn't disappoint either. The food, service was all on par. Great value for your money will definitely be back very soon.

Had the best ever breakfast so cosy fire lit and staff amazing .. Rebecca and Nicole were so lovely friendly and welcoming, gave us a lovely seat right by the open fire which was beautiful , we didn’t wait at all .. food was lovely.. I came in a bad mood and left In a good mood. Thank you for the info on the Christmas fete too we will defo be back!!
