I found MG London via the internet as I was looking for a firm that could do various handyman type jobs at my flat I rent out in central London. Initially it was to install a new fitted dishwasher which required some extra carpentry work. I’ve since called on them to fit some shelving in an airing cupboard, and to replace some faulty bathroom light fittings and a pull cord.I have found the company to be very responsive and reliable. They always get back to you promptly, agree a date for the work, turn up when they say they will, and do a proper job. I would have no hesitation recommending them to others.

I am happy to be a customer of MG London. I have been working with Matt Polanski at MG London. Matt has excellent communication skills. He not only communicates with me as a customer, but he also communicates well with the tenants and any other related parties. I found the work by MG London to be quality and to a high standard. Very unhappy! Me and my partner had a lot of water damage to repair, they took a very long time getting back to us, we had to keep emailing and calling to get responses after they sent the initial quote. The person my partner spoke to on the phone was very abrupt, impatient and rude - absolutely no customer service.I've also noticed in their reviews they are very dismissive and defensive, they don't seem to understand their customers or understand customer care. I'm sure ill get the same response to this review!

I had been trying to find one company to take care of a rental property who could do everything from roofing to building to repairs and maintenance. I tried out MG and we had a few bumps at the start but they worked hard and we have a good relationship and trust now. I can turn to them and I feel confident that they are looking after me and getting things fixed. Nice to deal with and alway polite. Thanks guys for all your work.

I recently used Melchior Gray to put up some pictures and a mirror into a newly decorate apartment as the walls had all been tanked and so any fixings that entailed entry through the Tanking had to be carried out using antel waterstop and very specific mm drill holes.They arrived exactly at the time I had booked them and carried out the work quickly and with absolute professionalism and ease.I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My painter was Ishtvan and he was very thorough and professional. Great care taken in preparing the flat for painting, covering any surfaces and furniture and the entire floor to stop splatter.Great finish in the end. Very satisfied, would use again.

Melchior Gray did an excellent job redecorating our house, top to bottom, inside & out. It is rare to find such a front to back service that can deal with everything from fixing chimneys to installing a new shower to minor jobs such as fixing cabinets. Andrew was very attentive throughout & did a great job project managing the work done, ensuring all work was done to a high standard & on time.
