Great service! Only took 5 days for delivery of a couple of custom made boxes. Boxes are good quality and strong (double walled). Not the cheapest and delivery cost is on the higher side but this company is one of only a few places that accepts small orders so I would use again.

When I want to trial a new corrugated box I can order just 100 from Boxtopia and get them fast and with exactly the right dimensions - and get them in a few days at a good price without having to pay for a die! Great service and prompt delivery. We needed our boxes delivered on a Wednesday, and following a phone call on Monday they made it happen. Thank you, I would highly recommend ordering from and working with this company.

200 boxes of utter garbage! Unprofessional firm who appear to act as if they have never delivered this service before.We needed subscription boxes. For those that know that industry the boxes are both marketing and shipping boxes. Valepack delivered a shoddy water damaged pallet of 200 boxes to us. The entirety of our first 200 boxes £1000 worth gone! The boxes were badly manufactured, as can be seen in the sample versus actual delivery. The cuts are not transit damage. They ruined our boxes & our launch and has the audacity to hold on to your cash despite reporting it with images and video.We paid Valepack in October in advance to get them going. It turned out they couldn't print on more than 25% of the box surface, which meant the RFP they won was won on false pretenses. So they promised to get another supplier that could. N Smith (Norfolk) became that supplier. However, Valepack maintained the contract.This is where things really started to go wrong.Then they used a courier who didn't know where we were and just left without delivering the sample box. We only knew it was sent, when asked for our approval. That farce delayed the project by a week!When we finally received the sample, it had been stamped on and walked over, as seen in the pictures Still we could just about approve it. One edge was ragged and untidy. We considered this a minor fault, so we approved on the condition that edge was tidied on that cut.There was a huge delay! We had a launch slated for 11th December (today) to showcase the boxes and give out to attendees. PR & Press were due to be there.Naturally, Valepack told us they would deliver w/c 10th December!!! Over 3 weeks from approval, when their initial quote stated 10 days from order. We said that was unacceptable, given the delays were their fault and we had a launch. We'd spent £5,000 on advertising & launch collateral and it had to be out before Christmas, to catch the Christmas retail season. Otherwise the business may as well go under.They notified that we'd receive them on the 7th. Which at least would have given us time to prepare them. We did receive the boxes on Friday 7th December. A full pallet of the worst quality boxes you can imagine! Every single edge on every single box, utterly ragged. The pallet of cardboard water damaged. With 25% extra-unusable, mush because of that. These are retail quality boxes! We can't use any of them!As you can imagine we were not happy. We got in contact with the company, with pictures and video of the faults.They initially seemed sympathetic, but that changed yesterday They claimed they received a box which appeared perfect to them. The box was better quality" than the pallet of boxes we received but even that had bad faults. As seen & circled in the pictures. Rowena then proceeds to claim that I'm asking for a service that can't be delivered!?!What? Like every other cardboard shipping box packaging that ever existed? And that the pallet and the sample print she had is WORSE quality than the stamped on unprinted sample we received?As a result we've had to cancel the launch. Thousands of pounds lost in advertising

Custom box received only a day or two after order placed, so fast delivery. Very happy with the box quality and the size is exactly as ordered. I also ordered a box of packing peanuts to fill the box voids. Wasn't expecting so many, but that's my fault. 5 Cubic Feet is a lot of packing peanuts it seems! I would recommend Boxtopia.
