I have been a customer of Sopley Garage for a number of years. A family run business that really care about the services they offer. Always polite, friendly and efficient. Many times they have gone above and beyond to sort out a problem. Customer service and satisfaction is most important to them. We trust them with all our family cars and wouldn't even consider going elsewhere.

I took my car to Sopley Garage for an MOT on the 27/03/2023. I was told they was refusing the mot as they said there was a serious oil leak.I took my car to another garage for a second opinion to check this out and take another mot I was told the oil leak was not serious and it passed the only thing I can think is that Sopley Garage was just trying to get more work. I would not recommend this garage and will not be using them again.

I'll like to stay a great garage to find that I never knew was at Sopely! Done my service and MOT. Great customer service and charge a fair price.Nice to think I was the First Hybrid Electric/ Petrol car ever had in. Highly recommended in use for all your car needs.A personal thanks to everyone at Sopely Garage.

Every visit is always a pleasure, waiting area was nice and toasty as i waited and confident in going there as they all know how to help. Always have absolute confidence they'll go through my car thoroughly and professionally highly recommend this garage. Plus side also, is that they do discounts for the army and public services on there mots and services

Experienced some severe issues with using Sopley Garage. Put a car in for an MOT which passed. But on the way home, the car's rear brakes made a scraping noise. The vehicle was parked a few weeks while away. On my return I removed both rear wheels to find NO rear disc brake pads, just the backs... nothing ZILCH! - Not only that, both calliper pistons seals had perished and had come out. These vital life-saving items could conceivably be missed during an MOT inspection. But considering Sopley Garage also did a 'Gold service' only 2,000 miles beforehand, a service that according to Sopley Garages website, includes a 'visual brake inspection' I can only surmise Sopley Garage never visually inspected a damn thing on either occasion, or whomever did needs to go to Specsavers!It would be reckelss and negligent for me to use them again!

AVOID - poor service & fault not cured.They would charge me AGAIN to repair. EXPENSIVETHEIR COMMENTS are a load of rubbish! I phoned round a few garages to enquire if they could repair an air bag light. George at Sopley said “of course” so I booked my car in for a service AND to repair the airbag light. On Collection the airbag light was off and they said it hadn’t come on on a test drive so naturally assumed they had repaired it. A couple of days later it came on again so I called them up and was told by George that they would sort it out for no charge as I had paid for the repair previously. This was delayed as light went off again temporarily. When I called them to bring it in as previously discussed with George they said it would cost me an extra £70 just to look at it! It would appear that Sopley garage had just cleared the codes which obviously is not a “repair”

Only 2 years and 4k miles ago i had my wife car serviced" at this garage. Front brake pads and discs has been replaced as per their recomendation

I am extremely grateful to Jo and Steve for the service i received last week... They went out of their way to keep down the cost of the work needed for the MOT and managed to find alternate ways to fix an otherwise very expensive problem... Thanks so much, see you in October! :)I would highly recommend this garage.

Took my wife's Mini in for service, they had previously MOT'd the car. Excellent service, clear explanation of what was carried out as well as what to keep an eye on in the future. Friendly staff and very competitive pricing. Would recommend without any hesitation.
