Naga Noodles

I called the restaurant at 9.36pm and gave in my order for delivery. Called them several times to ask how long my order would take as they told me it will take 40mins to deliver the food. My last call to them was at 10.53 pm to confirm the delivery. They had closed the restaurant and no one answered. The food was delivered after 2hours, but it wan't the food I ordered. It was something totally different. I ordered a small rice noodle with crispy chicken and chilli and garlic sauce. I was delivered chips and no noodles. I paid £10, waited for 2 hours and I wasn't even delivered the food I ordered. As I contacted the driver and informed him that he has handed me the wrong order, he said that he will be contacting me in 5-10mins time after contacting naga noodles, but he never did.There were pieces of egg noodle and rice noodle along with the chips and it looked like they've packed me last min leftovers. It didn't look very appealing to eat at well.They are very unprofessional and they didn't have the decency to call and let me know that there is a delay when delivering my order or they are unable to fulfil my order before they agreed to deliver and fulfil it in the first place. They should make sure that before they close the restaurant that all delivery orders a fulfilled. I did not have dinner cause they delivered such bad food after 11.30pm and all other restaurants and supermarkets were closed at the time.DO NOT ORDER YOUR FOOD FROM HERE.

We had a late night snack tonight. We had a good time during our meal. Sumptous food, you can tell foods prepared with love and happy hearts.Thank you Helal and Alex and rest of the team for accomodating us.Your patience and eagerness to help us choose what we love. Worth every penny. Had good laugh with staff that made us feel very welcomed. Keep it up guys.

Wow! This was a reliable place. Always fast delivery, so the food was always hot, so what has happened tonight? I’ve never seen such a pathetic attempt at a takeaway order in all of my life.We ordered at online at 19.50 with the website saying that the wait could be 60 minutes. Fine, no problem. At 21.30 we decided to call, still not angry, just curious as to what was going on. ‘It’s already out for delivery, our drivers have been all over tonight.’ Why do I care where your drivers have been? You, the business, have decided where to deliver. If you can’t do it, then that’s your problem.So, the blame the delivery driver card has been played. The food arrived at 22.10, 2 hours and 20 minutes after we first ordered. My order was with curry sauce, as was my partners. The food arrived soggy and barely even warm. And look at the pictures, what on Earth happened? Not only are the drivers having issues, clearly the in house staff have massive issues with reading!Honestly, never again. I organised a Friday takeaway at Nissan every 3 weeks, and I’ll be pushing to ensure we never order from here again after tonight. Disgrace.

Super tasty food and generous portion sizes. You can build you own box with three simple steps. Wide selection of sides. I will definitely be back to try some other dishes, and would definitely recommend trying it out.

Ordered from here not too long ago and honestly I’m super disappointed, me and my partner ordered and the food took ages to come. We were told 60 minutes online and we got much later than an hour as well not having one of the things we ordered. Had to call again and wait another hour for the food, my partner very hungry. Extremely disappointing as I loved going here and getting food but it seems to have fallen a bit down hill.

This is such a shame to write, as I always loved Naha Noodles! We ordered regularly and never had any issues, food was always hot and came within half an hour. Tonight’s experience was awful. The delivery arrived after almost 2 hours, and 2 phone calls. When we opened it, it wasn’t even our order. We requested a refund and ordered elsewhere. The driver did come back and give us our money after half an hour and he was very apologetic, but I won’t be ordering again

Naga Noodles in Sunderland exceeded my expectations! The spice level of their Naga noodles was spot on, offering a delightful heat that tingled the taste buds without overwhelming them. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the flavors were authentic and satisfying. A must-try for spice lovers in Sunderland!

Amazing food and big portion sizes. Also, staff is super friendly. You can take away the food and also to stay there and eat. Fab place!!!
