Spoke to Ramon today at 9:22, very rude, very disrespectful hung up on my face and what I was asking for was not out of order it was a deliveroo order and he was just being very lazy, not helpful and I’ve never written a bad review but honestly this man deserves it.

Staff are nice enough, selection is okay but the shop is filthy, the biggest example of this is the touch screens, covered in gunk, fingermarks, sweat, what appears to be dried mucus and dust. Disgusting to touch, even more so given we're still technically in a pandemic, I tried to speak to a member of staff about it, really nicely like, but he wouldn't look at me and didn't respond, so I awkwardly stood there until he just wandered off.

Prices at the till are different than the price shown!!! Hoping that we won't notice heh? Scammers

Great place to collect your parcel. It's very small but has the main essentials. Staff/security are always friendly.

Place is filthy, disgusting. You need to put gloves on to shop in here, tills are covered in filth. Also it is more expensive than M&S and Waitrose and half of the time you cant find even essentials as they never stock the shelfs up.

Been here 20+ times, never had a bad experience. Work across the road and never heard colleague’s complain either. Love the hot food selection. Lots of self checkout tills, never have to wait.

Would honestly give it a 0 if I could, this has yet the most racist security I have ever seen not to mention the lack of staff, guy kept looking at me & my gf throughout the store. Made her so uncomfortable she decided to wait outside not to mention the guy is so creepy, standing next to you when you’re about to checkout, always looking at the little machine too. This is not the first occurrence and I’ve never seen any white person treated like this, but for some reason he only does it to black people. Co op need to get their security sorted, this is the closest supermarket to my apartment but definitely won’t be going back there again with how badly he treats people of colour

Visited today 29.1.23. One security guard and one member of shop staff on duty. Shelves empty. Wrong prices and descriptions on shelves - which is unlawful and the member of staff on duty was blissfully unaware of his responsibilities. He simply did not understand that prices and descriptions should tally. Should I report this to Trading Standards?
