Very helpful with my purchase!

I've made several orders online from Linhof Studio of items impossible to find in the USA, and all have been fulfilled promptly and delivered quickly via DHL. The staff (especially Anne) is helpful and friendly, both by telephone and via email. I hope someday to visit the UK (with my Linhof camera!) and visit the shop in-person to say hello, but until then, I'll happily be a regular online customer.

Amazing and fantastic. Have been buying Lee filters here for many years. They always have stock and are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.Recently had a issue with multiple Lee filters and the field pouch. After a short phone call and then the 10 minutes to drive myself to the shop/office they had called & spoken to the relevant company finding a solution to rectify my issue.They replaced 9 Lee filters! Yes 9! Free of charge. And replaced the field pouch. Please bear in mind that not all the filters were bought from them intially! Some were very old!Amazing!Thank you ladies@ Linhoff!

Purchased 3 packs of Bergger Darkroom paper from them on eBay and the image stated 25 sheets and title had *SALE* written in itI was going to purchase from my regular supplier but ended up picking 3 packs of this as an impulse purchaseI was sent 3 x 10 sheet packs and when I alerted seller they amended the listingSpoke to Anne several times who refused to make it right despite admitting herself that it was misleadingeBay did nothing. Worse worse than nothing - they removed my negative feedback for the transactionAvoid this business at all costs. There’s others places to buy your stuff.
