Friendly staff, service washes, good size variety of washing machines and dryers. All appliances can be paid for by card so no worries if you don't have coins. Very clean and tidy.

Highly disappointed. I walked 15 mins with two heavy bags of washing only to arrive and be told that I couldn't wash anything until 4pm as it's their busiest week of the year apparently. Then be smart and leave one machine (out of 12!) available for walk in customers! I've just figured that out in 5 mins. Why the hell do you have a retail outlet when you're clearly a commercial operation? Sort it out. I'm a regular customer and your £6 a wash prices are already the highest in the South East.

Used the laundry for 2 years since set up, John & Julia provided a good service in the first season but last season ironing become very poor and marks not removed. We were paying for a service , I did not expect to have to rewash and re iron linen that I had paid to be laundered professionally. When I pointed out these issues it was not taken well. On one occasion a whole bag of laundry was taken back and re laundered as John agreed it was not to standard.

Absolutely fabulous service today, had a service wash and all dealt with brilliantly. Very friendly, helpful service and very clean. Rang up to book in yesterday as can be busy. Highly recommended.

We have just finished a self service wash at Chapel Laundry and found them to be excellent so we leave them 5 stars.Friendly staff and helpful with the machines. We got all our laundry done quickly - washed and dried 4 medium sized loads within 90 minutes.It’s one for my bookmarks so that we can reuse this service in the future on the Isle of Wight.
