From choosing the product in the showroom, to the product compatibility assessment and the actual installation, everything ran smoothly. Aftercare was prompt answering any queries and sorting out anything regarding the product with the manufacturer. The end result is to put it simply, flawless. From the start of our journey to the finish, we had the best experience we could have asked for from the team at Eco Fires & Stoves Ltd. We were really impressed with their knowledge and professionalism and above all their friendly easy going nothings a problem attitude.They helped with the selection of the right type of fire for us and listened & understood that we wanted to completely change our fireplace and modernise the look.We opted for a Tenby 400 by ACR Stoves which was going to fit exactly in the space we had and give us the heat output we needed.All the materials were ordered and available within 4 weeks and a date was set to install it.On the day of Installation Jake arrived on time and got straight to work covering all the living room in covers to protect all our belongings and carpet. He worked methodically and was extremely tidy & polite.Another team member arrived and the chimney work was carried out and by mid afternoon the fire was ready. Before Jake left he explained how to use the fire, gave us all the materials we needed to get the fire up and running,fire gloves,kindling, wood and a CO detector. We felt totally at ease with the product and supported throughout.The new fire has totally transformed our living room and the way we now live in it. There’s a warm cosy atmosphere now, which was missing before, definitely Money well spent.Thank you to all the team, we will definitely to recommending you to our friends & neighbours.

The team from start to finish could not have been more helpful. We only had a small opening that we wanted to replace our old fashioned gas fire. They went through all the different options and gave us multiple quotes until we were completely happy. We decided on a traditional stove and even managed to squeeze in a quick fitting so that it would be ready before our daughters birthday. We visited the showroom locally to check everything was what we wanted which was great to see all the different stoves/ hearths. When Jake & Angus turned up on the day they were very efficient, neat and tidy, and cracked straight on with the job. After my husbands squeezing every single bit of knowledge out of them with 100 questions (apologies here) we were all setup and ready to go. We are so excited to use the stove and would recommend the company to anyone in the area. The most friendly team you will come across and very willing to answer any questions you might have. Thank you so much again, we absolutely love our stove.

From the showroom to the final installation the service has been excellent. Jake and Angus turned up exactly on time to install our new wood burner and were immediately friendly, courteous and professional. It turned out to be a more difficult install than usual but they completed the job over two days and left everything very clean and tidy each time they finished. Thanks lads awesome job. The result is fantastic we are over the moon.

My wife and I went to several Fire and Stove specialists in a 20 mile radius of Fleet.Overall the advice was consistent from many of them.We chose Eco Fires and Stoves Ltd for a few reasons: On visiting the show room there were plenty of fires from which to get ideas . We ended up talking with one of the service team who explained at length the differences in options available . We explained that we were after an eco gas fire with the appearance of a log burner style frontage. There wasn’t one on immediate display but within a few minutes a log burner stove front was brought out and shown to us as frontage to another fireplace already on display . Once lit we knew it was exactly what we wanted. We went with the Wildfire Ravel 400HE and stove front.The installation process was very efficient and clean. The Chimney required sweeping and yielded 2 large buckets of residue. Jake and team had already covered all surfaces so the dust was at a minimal.We are very pleased with the fireplace and the installation . The fact that Eco Fires and Stoves is really local is also comforting.

Just had a log burner/stove installed by Eco Fires & Stoves. The entire process from home visit to install was very straight forward. Pete was very honest and knowledgeable with his home visit and really understood what we were looking for given our budget. Jake was our installer - a really friendly and considerate worker who clearly enjoys his work. He gave a clear and informative demo on the stove before we left too.
