Hired a floor sander here (ashton) recently and can't praise the staff enough. From the two people I spoke to on the phone to the two blokes in store, all very helpful and friendly. I work in customer service and its really good to experience excellent customer service in other places as it sets your mood.

Hired a carpet cleaner from these cowboys. It arrived filthy and wet on the back of a flatbed as it was raining. There where pieces missing, rang them to tell them about the missing pieces, they insisted nothing was missing, supposed to be an attachment that fits the nozzle, they expected me to believe that it cleans the carpet by scraping a piece of plastic on the carpet lmao. DONT HIRE FROM THESE!!!!! Might as well of used the £60 and scrubbed the carpet with that, would've done a better job.

Email says to call your branch if you have any problems. This branch does NOT answer their customers phonecalls. Tried for 30 mins straight. Friday afternoonitis. Not happy.

I try to hire a rotavator for one day it said £50 on website then they hit you with a load of extras which took it the price up to 84 pounds then it stated they would need ID and someone would be in contact gave the ID and then they said they would require a deposit one third of the price of the item the rotavator i was trying to hire was worth about £1,300 so that was a £400 deposit so didn't end up hiring it from them my absolute joke
