I was treated like a criminal, the guy who served me started asking a lot of questions of a rather personal nature, then he called my hotel asking if I really stayed there. I'm not sure if this complies with current privacy laws...I had nothing to hide and answered all questions, they just took me a lot of time for a simple transaction and I felt treated like a criminal. And don't tell me that your operators have to verify the data because this playing to be a cop attitude is quite another thing

Debbie was amazing, i only went in to enquire on the off chance and she said she had hungarian currency available to take away today which meant it saved me another trip to town to collect. She was polite knowledgeable and helpful. Even gave a card to exchange any leftovers.
