Sowerbys - Dereham

This is a review for Sophie Cook, who is a Senior lettings specialist at Sowerbys in Dereham.Initially we viewed a house in Dersingham that we really liked, but weren’t overly happy with the terms of the contract the landlord had set out and initially it put us off. Without having to ask or bargain, Sophie had spoken with the landlords to agree a tenancy term we were happy with, amongst other things.Sophie is extremely efficient and her communication skills are second to none. Since we’ve moved in the level of customer service hasn’t dropped off at all. I really couldn’t criticise anything!So here I am a month later sat in a house I’m over the moon with thanks to Sophie. We’ve had one minor issue with a radiator since moving in which I emailed about and I don’t think I’ve ever had a plumber out to the house so fast.Thank you Sophie, your hard work has really paid off. Excellent job all round.
