Arrived for appointments today to be told had the wrong time even though I called this morning! Then wouldn’t see my daughter as her voucher was for less than what they charge for a private eye test! Very unhelpful staff and as for the receptionist giving out wrong Information think some staff training is needed! Been using this opticians for a while but never had any issues until today were we left to feel badly treated and disrespected by all staff.
