Fantastic! Joe set my brand new Fender Jaguar up which was having some teething issues and now it plays like the guitar it was supposed to be. Joe was friendly and made notes of what I wanted done to the guitar and fulfilled his promises to perfection. He gave me a list of the things he had done and the costs and charged me £200 which was more than fair for the time it took him.

I have been to this gentleman twice with guitar repair and setup queries and on both occasions received good honest free advice , I had the option to have work done or leave as original , where as he could have easily convinced me the work needed to be done and charged accordingly as some others would.

Bought high end guitar from Thomann, after arrival guitar didn’t play good, I contacted Joe about setting up and checking for any issues, Joe gave me quick estimate I did drop guitar to his house the same day, next morning Joe call me with all the info about all the work done, price was good, service prompt and guitar play like a dream, very happy and will be recommending.
