I worked for G4s, where it's ok by the management to take holiday entitlement from staff to help balance their books to please the upper management to help get bonuses. the grievance process is a joke.

I have never worked for them , but I find there recruitment team to be one of the laziest in the UK.They don't even read cv on the jobs it's.There companies make sure you can't call as they leave telephone numbers that don't work.I have left messages but no call back. I was applying for senior roles.
