Brilliant Industrial estate with a range of units of all sizes. I went to visit few units with S. R. Wood & Son Ltd / Petchey Holdings. Excellent facilities and competitive rates.

Its unbelievable to describe this place as a whole. It is a small town inside with 100's offices of main local business. Good free parking spaces at the rare.

Lots of industrial units which are for various companies, hard to get into in an artic due to traffic and the surrounding area is very multicultural and also seems quite run down. I would suspect crime is an issue.

I have visited Families United Network at Britannia Estate, and it was a pleasant experience again. Accessible, and they always have someone to organise parking, so it all works like clockwork.
