They had such beautiful, healthy and unique plants! I loved the moss too, looking forward to putting some Spanish moss in my bathroom when I get home! Also amazing customer service and they had such a cute and well behaved dog!

Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. If you are in to terrariums or bonsai you cannot miss out on this establishment. Highly recommend.Also worth mentioning this is a small business company so everyone should pitch in and keep these businesses going. :-)

I cannot recommend Highland Moss enough.I am a novice and have just started venturing into terrarium creating and made some fatal errors in the products I ordered.Craig personally EMAILED me in the most friendly manner I have ever experienced from anyone emailing me at all! Not only did he gently suggest some fantastic options for plants to order but he also amended my order for me. I also received an incredibly cute bonus plant as a gift.The order arrived so quickly and was packaged so carefully and I also received the most cute terrarium care guides which have very sweet doodles on them.I will only be ordering from here in the future and absolutely implore everyone else to do so too if you want high quality products at a very very reasonable price and top tier customer service. They absolutely deserve this review and have not encouraged me to leave this by the way!!!

I live in New Zealand and buying presents for my family in Aberdeen can be a nightmare. This year decided on house plants. The interactions that I had with Craig regarding delivery etc were so helpful and fast! He made the delivery to my dad really personal by adding in within the conversation with dad that this present was from his daughter for his birthday. Really impressed my dad. Customer service is so important especially when it comes across genuine. The plants were beautiful and I will be continuing to buy from them from now. Great job guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
