Empress Select Holiday Flats

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to stay in Blackpool. away from the noise and with a tram station 2 minutes away. Very Clean and with a great host and great check-in instructions (we were welcomed by Tim which was a delight to meet). nothing was ever too much for him and he even gave us nice ideas on where to eat. There is also a great cafe down the road (Cafe 47) serves a great all-day breakfast.

Tim, the host, was really lovely and friendly - gave us load of advice about the area, where to eat and visit. beds are very comfy, pillows are excellent! everything was clean and well maintained. shower was nice and hot, easy to use. the location is really quiet and peaceful. so glad we booked here. this is where we would choose to come back, so much better than a hotel!

Nice, clean and tidy holiday let's, lovely host with so much info to give, parking a bit hit and miss and a bit far from main strip, but not a game changer. Would use again though.

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 2 nights this weekend for his birthday - Tim was so lovely and greeted us when we came in, helped me park my car around the back of the hotel and offered to take in our bags. He then gave us a run-down of all the best cafes, restaurants and bars down the promenade and gave us information on the tram (which was so helpful). The room was small and cosy but perfectly roomy enough for us and very comfortable. Tim was so accommodating throughout (e.g. the heating turned off at 10pm and I messaged to see if I could get it back on to dry some towels and he rang me back immediately to sort it out for us... and although our room checkout was at 10am on Sunday, he allowed me to keep my car parked at the hotel whilst we enjoyed our last day without the stress of finding and paying for parking elsewhere) and really made our experience better cannot recommend him enough, we will definitely be staying here again if we want another trip to Blackpool in the future.

We stayed Sunday to Friday and had a lovely time. Tim was very helpful in anything that we needed, the flats were super clean and tidy and very comfortable. Will be coming back here again over summer. We even got to meet his little dog on the last day. Lovely experience.

We were in flat 5. The room is a good size for 2 people. There is a 2 seats glass table. A small couch. Television on the wall. Bed is a double and is quite hard. It has a small kitchen with fridge,oven,hob and microwave. The bathroom has a shower. The window looks out to the back of the building. The car park is ok. You get a pass and it has your mobile number on it in case the person parked behind you wants out. At the end of the road is the tram/bus stop. The host Tim was brilliant. If you had any issues he would try and accommodate he was so helpful.

We came as a family of 4 for a weekend stay to see the Illuminations. Tim was a great host, he guided us to the car park when we arrived late, and had plenty of recommendations for where to go to eat, and which trams to get on/off. We had a family room with everything we needed, it was to the back of the building which we liked as it was quiet, but the location is away from the party central anyway. And no noise from any of the other guests, ideal with two small children. Tim kindly let us leave our car parked at the back while we spent our last day in Blackpool. Highly recommend and would like to stay again, as we plan to make a stay for the Illuminations an annual event for the children.

We stayed here in Apartment 8 for a week in july 2022, Tim was excellent in communication before, during & after our stay. We come to Blackpool as a family every year and usually stay in a B&B, we decided to stay in an apartment this time and i can 100% say this will be our place to stay when on our future trips.Great spacious room with everything you need for a self catering stay.We loved our stay here and highly recommend this place if you are looking for a Blackpool Apartment, Oh great location too, Right near Cliffs Hotel tram stop.

Very good contact. We advised we would arrive early and asked if we could park up and check in later.When we got there Tim met us and told us he had arranged for the room to be cleaned early so it was ready when we got there. Everything you need in the room we were in room 2, on the ground floor. The apartment was clean and plenty big enough for a couple of days. just a 2 min walk to the tram stop.Overall a lovely couple of days
