Prices weren't clear on arrival but was happy with service and staff so paid and will return. Gel polish has been on for just over 2 weeks and still in great condition(see pic) no chips. Had a pedicure and gel polish on feet & hands cost £55-£60.

I used Happy Nails a lot in the past and am usually happy with the service….however, I called to change an appointment last week, as I was running late and felt it was polite to call and rebook. The man answered the phone and was SO rude to me, I could not believe it!! Said things like. ‘I am asking the questions. You answer me’ what?!?!? I’m not paying to be spoken to like that!!!! I’ll take my future custom elsewhere!!!

I had them remove gel nail polish. I asked multiple times to not use the machine to buff the top of my nail because they get thin and break, he didn't listen. Now, two of my (natural and not very long) nails have broken less than a week and a half later.It will take months to grow out the ails that he damaged.

I've been with them for years now. I'm always happy with my nails. The guys are quick, flexible and really nice people. I definitely recommend their services. The only downside is the place is not very esthetically pleasing, but other than that they're really good!

Booked same day and they were super friendly, efficient, and gave me some awesome nails!

The nails were done very fast and they look very ugly, they spoiled my beautiful nails shape and filed my nails very deep to the skin which is very bad for the nail plate, I noticed no sanitary Norms there as well, the stuff is not wearing any gloves

Whilst the salon & staff are nice enough, and they do the job well & efficiently. I now understand why it is quiet as a business in this salon.I’d phoned behind for price to have pedicure & manicure with gel polish. I was quoted £56 which seemed in line with their competitors, however what they fail to tell you is the cost of their “hidden charges” - such as charging to remove any residue of old polish!!IMO that’s an underhand practice and for that reason I wouldn’t go again; as I believe honesty is the best policy when dealing with customers.No other nail salons charge to remove old polish IF you’re having nails redone with gel, thus explaining when Amy’s is so quiet compared to other nails salon businesses in the local area.

I got my nails done by Hannah, she did an absolutely amazing job. Really happy. Was my first time getting my nails done and have now found my regular spot. Thank you for making me feel really welcomed alongside my cousin Hannah. Really happy.

I was very disappointed by this service- my gel nails chipped after 1 day, and was such a waste of £20. The people are nice and the service was quick, but obviously not great quality. Won’t be returning
