Several of us outside a venue waiting for a taxi.Got a text message to say it had arrived. No taxi showed up. Follow-up call said it had waited 10 mins and left. Clearly they had the wrong address, but they were not willing to accept that, or offer an apology and no other taxi was available. Anyone can make a mistake but the difference is how you deal with it. Called a larger, longer established taxi firm who found us in less than 10 mins.

Very poor, only one star because the driver took us home but there was 3 other girls and I ask him to go back for them and I pre paid him for the two trips, the other girls had to walk home, disgrace, no loyalty or anything! Just stole the money!

I have only used this company several times in the last few months but I definitely can't complain. Not always the fastest but more importantly very reliable and they will be there when they say they will. Nothing worse than being told a 10 minute wait only to end up actually waiting for perhaps even 30 to 40 minutes. Clean vehicles and tidy drivers with reasonable fares. Worth a call especially when they are one of the last independent taxi firms.
