Travis Perkins

We had difficulty on finding the entrance and the customer service is just on the right once you enter the warehouse. Have to park outside near Greggs (we only want to eyeball the products that we saw online and just to make sure the wife is satisfied) but I think you're allowed in if you'll be picking up your supplies. The staff are very helpful and professional and gave us a good deal.Update: Didn't deliver on agreed date. Came in a day earlier when I'm not around. Good thing my family was there. The materials were not complete - the charcoal bricks were out of stock! There were 2 pallets in the yard by the time we ordered it. Nobody phoned me about the missing items so I called them and said someone is on the case. Didn't receive any call even the next day so I chased it up again saying that other branches have no stock and will try to source out and deliver it Tuesday the following week. It was just a big disappointment and unfortunately very unreliable. I do not recommend Travis Perkins Portsmouth.

Can't fault their customer service, kept me upto date with the delivery. Even searched other branches to fulfill my order. The staff there couldn't be more helpful

Ordered some fence panels from the website, organised a delivery date with a staff member via email. Took the day off of work, waited in all day 7am to 7pm, nothing arrived. Not heard anything today, extremely disappointed. Won't be using again.

Straight forward and no hassle in an online order for delivery. Customer service was spot on, and kept me well informed and updated. Delivery driver Kelvin was sound and helpful unlike some other delivery guys from TP competitors.

Could do with a tea/coffee machine like the rest of travis perkins stores

Very very poor service! I placed an order and paid more than Jewsons had quoted as I needed the items the next day. Had confirmation it would be delivered the next day and would not be a problem.The delivery never turned up! I phoned multiple times throughout the day and was informed it was on its way but still never came. This cost me an entire day that has been wasted. It’s now affected my build schedule which has had a further cost impact on trades and equipment hire!Will be sticking with Jewsons and Elliots for all future orders.

Excellent service for delivery of various aggregates.

What a lovely company to deal withI have phoned and placed a couple of orders for delivery and tool hire in the last couple of weeks and every time I've phoned they have been super helpful even going out of their way to help me and get deliveries on my days off, the delivery guys are great too and very helpful, huge shout to both Pauls in tool hire and products thank you for your help,I have found this company to be the most helpful and being a woman most companies talk to you like you know nothing this company I did not feel that at all, they will now be getting all my orders, there isn't anything negative to say, apart from a huge thank you for making it so easy

This is the best travis perkins by far the staff there are amazing friendly and always helpful thanks guys amazing work keep it up x
