Chipping Norton Post Office

Not too bad a queue today, 2 counters open, so moving quite quickly. Staff were friendly and very helpful

Terrible. Opening hours not been updated on the website....states it's open from 8am when turned up its closed and doesn't open till 9am. Wasted an hour of my day and will be late for work

Very friendly staff. Nice that it's located in the super market. Staff seem to be quite efficient everytime I go in.

I visit this Post Office in the Co-op regularly and have found everyoneto be very, cheerful, helpful and professional . So maybe other peopleshould smile and treat the people behind the counter the way in which they would like to be treated.Thank you, Post Office staff, for still being their. Marilyn.

After checking the website to see that they are open on a Sunday I made a special journey to send a small freepost package. It seems that not only can they not do this on a Sunday but they couldn’t even take it from me to put in the post bag for Monday! Another person arrived at the same time and was also sent away without being able to send anything. I would suggest removing your advertised opening hours on the Sunday if you can’t help anyone as your staff do not deserve customers expressing their anger and disappointment all day long.

Rude miserable Customers!The staff are fine, it's a lot of grumpy customers that are the problem, especially at Xmas and with the social distancing restrictions.The queues look longer than they are.People just huff and puff and grumble in the queue, whilst the staff just get on with their jobs.

Fine when it is open, but unfortunately it often doesn't keep to the opening hours listed on the website. The limited out of hours" post office service also practically non-existent."

Brilliant service thanks. Lady was kind , patient and helpful. Parcel posted around eleven and arrived in Kent the next morning.

Awful customer service. Talk down to by a person who I assume is the manager. Going against what her own head office has said! Unwilling to help or understand. If possible try using other services as this post office is just dreadful!

Unfortunately the most unfriendly and incompetent post office i have ever experienced in my life..i live only 2 houses further in chipping norton next to the post office, despite that i prefer to travel to bloxham or banburry if i have to go to the post office.Once I wanted to send glasses to Brighton without a case and they wanted to sell me a shipment Label for £ 17 for this price it makes almost sense to drive them to Brighton my self, in Banbury the post office only took £ 6 for it.I have often been sent away from this post office because supposedly my packages do not correspond to the size I bought the label online, strangely enough, I usually went to Bloxham or Banbury afterwards and there is no problem with the package, it was accepted without any problems.Not only i do feel that way, but my work colleagues, friends and family who have ever visited this post think the same as me.I am surprised that the royal mail still leaves this post office open.Just look at the bad reviews, every time we go there, there is some problem, wich in other post offices is not.Also the opening times are completely wrong as show in Google.I went many times there before they open, ore after they have close already, I also told them many times that the opening times are wrong.
