Dr Shah is a fantastic surgeon, he makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. I had lower blepharoplasty and I couldn't be happier with the results. Would highly recommend,!

Outstanding service ... Couldn’t recommend this place anymore! Meeting Mr Shah for the first time for my consultation was a little nerv racking but both Mr shah and Hayley made me feel very welcome and put my mind at ease answering all my questions . The place was so professional and clean inside and complimentary hot/cold drinks was offered on arrival. I had my surgery done by Mr Shah one week ago and I’m so impressed with the results’ he is very professional and amazing at what he does. I can not thank him enough for my new breast the results are amazing up to now and I can’t wait to see the full outcome over the next few weeks, :)

Very satisfied with the results of my treatments. The Doctor and Hayley are both nice and friendly and make you feel very comfortable. However be careful, you can become addict to this place!!

I am not happy with the results of my Botox and lip filler.I took the offer up for Botox and was left with full movement in my forehead which I previously have never experienced before with other injectors. I phoned Hayley and explained and I was not happy with the advise she gave me. I found her off hand and not wanting to listen or resolve the problem. I finally got booked into the clinic for a top up and 2 weeks later still full movement in my forehead. The lip filler he injected fell far short of a mill and both products appeared watered down. As soon as the swelling subsided from my lips I was left with bumpy uneven and barely filled lips. Please do not waste your time and money booking inthis clinic as they are clearly fiddling and not providing an honestservice they advertise. Also Dr Sha was very ruff when injectingand made slewed comments about my mouth which made me feel very uncomfortable.Total waste of money.

Had breast augmentation with dr shah and my partner had upper eyelid surgery. Both extremely happy with our results.

I had 3 area’s of Botox in frown lines, brows and forehead.I went for a top up after 10 days as I still had quite substantial movement on the frown lines.I was told that this was normal and there should be movement. I explained I had never experienced this before with other treatments elsewhere and didn’t like this.The Dr then did as I asked and did the top up.Unfortunately it is over 2 weeks now and can still frown, albeit it is better than before but not as desired.Hayley was friendly and helpful and it was a nice and clean clinic but didn’t give results wanted.

Had my Botox at the clinic and I am loving my results, I had no movement after 2 days! Dr Shah is very experienced and I fully trust him. I also had two moles removed by him and I have no scars. He’s gentle and friendly. Hayley is lovely and always smiling, she’s great at following up and checking I was okay. I highly recommend Broadway retreat
