DO NOT USE..Came to do our communal gardens last week (For west kent housing assosiation)and we have a serious dog mess problem outside. Instead of cleaning it up with their vacuum they just ran it over with the strimmer spreading it all over the path, people doorsteps, windows and peoples cars. For 8 years they've had to be reminded to trim the bush outside because it's not on their map" ( if it's not trimmed you cant open the gate to the garden) as apparently none of their works have eyes. Their gardeners are rude and lazy.. I WOULNDT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY! STEER CLEAR!"

Excellent service, quick and friendly guys. Tree fell on my house and car and they reassured me all would be fine told me what they was going to do got on and hey presto all done. Great work guys I will also recommend on Facebook. (Julie Oulie fb) thanks all again x

Received a poor service. Explained we had a dead tree hanging over the public lane outside our house, that needed immediate felling. Branch had already fallen into the lane. Appointment rescheduled three times, and on the third time they didn't even pitch up. Very disappointed.

I would not recommend them to anyone. Despite some early promising signs - my experience with this company was shocking.Overall, their communication and reliability was very poor.They stopped the job part way through due to an issue with a bees nest and said they would return to complete the job once it was resolved. They then repeatedly demanded payment despite not having finished the job. My polite requests for an adult conversation were avoided. They then threatened legal action (using the incorrect legislation to threaten me with) - despite having no legal grounds on which to do so.I had resolved the bee issue, kept in contact with them to keep them updated re the steps I was taking and yet they still resorted to these tactics. Ultimately, I paid them for the work done in order to draw a line under it and got someone else in to come and finish the job they started.Very stressful situation, unneccessarily difficult, bad attitude. Very disappointed.

Avoid at all costs, they like to ram peoples cars , (seen and verified by a trusted neighbour) and then drive off and deny all responsibility when confronted.

Excellent service, Very professional. Lovely guys especially Neil. Can NOT fault them in any way.

Big carpark but dusty Road in a bit rough

Subcontracted the work out to a company who ruined my parents lawn which was soggy due to rain. There are muddy ruts down the length of a garden. Very poor communication trying to resolve this issue
