Pathetic and extremely rude staff.I booked a shipment from service point to door because I did not have the printer at home. The staff refused to accept the parcel saying that label print is needed and parcel size is too big. Although our parcel size was 1/3 times smaller than the standard size and it was explicitly mentioned on the website that prints are not needed at the service point and only bar code is enough. My husband went to printing shop and then went to city center dhl branch. They said prints were not needed only bar code was enough. A simple task of 10 minutes took 2 hours and costed additional £20 for prints and taxi fare..If you do not know something just admit it and stop misleading the customers.Rubish service point.
