Wilfrid always comes home a happy boy

We’ve boarded our Rhodesian Ridgeback at Congesbury Kennels for the last few years and have always been very pleased with how happily he seems there. The team are friendly and organised. The kennels themselves are so much nicer than other kennels we’ve seen and really importantly the dogs get walked in a proper paddock. Our dog never comes home smelling like he’s been at kennels which tells me how much better than your average Congesbury Kennels is.

Thanks so much for looking after our 2 dogs while we were on holiday. They seemed to enjoy their stay so much they were more interested in saying goodbye to the staff than getting in the car to go home!Lovely clean kennels and kind, caring, friendly staff. Would 100% recommend.

My two collies are always happy to come here,and Reuben was a bit muddy when I collected,so he'd obviously been running and had a good time! I'd have given 5 stars ,but the bell wasn't operating correctly so had to wait in freezing cold fir nearly 10 minutes! Minor problem really,but I was panicking a bit. Won't take em anywhere else tho, back next year,and thank you

Our cocker stayed at the kennels recently. We found the guys running it to be very nice and the kennels themselves were clean and orderly. However, it was a weekend stay and our dog's activity monitor recorded a mere 10 mins of exercise on the Saturday and 5 mins on the Sunday. As a result, he was pretty amped up on his return. The website specifically states that they would be out 3 times a day and have plenty of exercise/fun. Whilst I don't expect full-length walks, I would have expected at the very least 20-30 mins of activity per day. Something to note if you have an active dog, or perhaps flag it to the team and make a special request.
