I wouldn’t go through anywhere else to complete courses. Heavenlyz is so helpful and informative. For my level 2 exam and a pet first aid course I’ve had Andrew who is just amazing and created a very relaxed and chilled environment! I recommend Heavenlyz to anybody interested in a career with dogs, I couldn’t have chosen anywhere better.

Nothing but a positive experience achieving my city and guilds level 2 via heavenlyz.Lots of information and support along the way. I’ve taken part in the City and Guilds Level 2 Dog Walking and Pet Sitting courses and the Level 3 Pet First Aid course with Heavenlyz and absolutely love them! Liza is extremely knowledgeable and her vet nurse background just gives you so much more insight. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I completed my OCN exam a few days ago and also attended the Heavenlyz first aid course at Pampers Grooming Academy in Stirling. Andrew from Heavenlyz made my exam day feel very relaxed and he did a fantastic job teaching the first aid course. The Heavenlyz manual was easy to follow and very informative. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of starting a career in the dog grooming industry to study with any centre that works in partnership with Heavenlyz.

I completed my City & Guilds level 2 dog grooming last month and I can’t recommend Heavenlyz enough. The final part of the course was assessed by Andrew and I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and an all round lovely guy. Thank you Andrew and Heavenlyz!

Finished my city and guilds qualification and was waiting almost a year for my certificate to come, so I emailed Heavenlyz and it’s turns out they completely forgotten to exam me for a section of the course. So 9 months after they shuck my hand and said ‘Well done you’ve passed’ I then had to sit another exam!!I also failed one of my exams and had to pay for a re test because they marked me completely wrong and marked me for OCN and not city and guilds which I was actually sitting.Don’t think they are run very efficiently at all and wouldn’t recommend anyone to do a course with them.
