MiNightVet Middlesbrough

I had to take my cat to the emergency vet (MiNightVet Middlesbrough) on Saturday 03/12/22. I had called in the morning and got really calming, helpful advice to monitor her a while first. When I did call about coming in, and on the visit itself, the whole team were fantastic. Friendly, efficient, reassuring - even clarifying they could make a direct insurance claim on my behalf, which I was unclear about.I witnessed them receiving abuse over the phone from someone outside and I was really saddened by this. People go into this line of work because they really care about animals and don't deserve to be treated poorly (no-one does).Thank you MiNightVet for being so helpful, professional, and comforting.

Excellent service when my dog needed treatment after an accident; Prompt, thorough, reassuring. Discussed all the options ahead of treatment, and were caring, friendly and professional when dealing with both myself and my dog. The vet was wonderful at putting my dog at ease.Can’t thank the staff at Minight Vet enough for being so helpful when we needed them most!
