Customer service beyond measure !! Despite the lock down restrictions, Sam worked magic and managed to get me everything I needed. I ordered and paid by phone and collected outside the front of the shop. Cant praise Sam and this store enough ! Thank you !!!!

Bought two packs of pillow cases, one was as described, the other was not. When I returned the item in exchange for a credit note, I kind of felt it was my fault for bringing them back, the lady who examined them was not even apologetic or anything -just a little abrupt. The other member of staff who sorted me with a credit note (after asking a colleague whether it was ok to accept returns on pillow cases??) was pleasant enough, (even though there was a bit of a queue building behind me! ). This experience hasn't put me off shopping there again, as there are plenty of bargains to be had - just one tip, make sure to double check what you're buying first.

A good place to buy bargain household items. Always worth a look around. You never know what they will be selling next. Curtains are well displayed and clearly priced. Well worth a visit!

Chiltern Mills, although it is not as good as when it first opened, not as up market but still a good place for household goods, if you are looking for bedding then this is the place, they have some wonderful duvet sets and some great children's ones, all at good prices very good for curtains and blinds, lots of bathroom stuff, and plenty of other bits and pieces, if you go upstairs you will find bedroom, living room furniture, lighting, and some beautiful mirrors, and pictures, really good prices, I have always found staff very helpful I always come away with something when I go to Redcar I always pop in and see what they have as they sometimes have nice candles, and a good collection of ornaments.

Bought a few items from here and every item was very fairly priced and good in quality. Their pillows are the best pillows I have ever had. Nice staff too. Fully recommend this place.

Dont believe product descriptions. I purcesshed some curtains which they stated were fully lined which will help prevent light and noise entering the room. What a laugh the curtains where totally see through being thin as tissue paper in fact tissue paper would have done a better job of blocking out any light. Totally disappointed. I would have bought blackout curtains if they hadn't lied in the description now il have to buy blackout liners.

A good shop in Redcar, selling furniture, beds, rugs, pictures, curtains and blinds, and lots of other household items, all of very good quality and reasonably priced. There's usually a sale on as well. Staff okay.
