Steve Cross did a complete bathroom renovation for us, and I am impressed and so grateful. It is beautiful. They accommodated our changing design ideas as the project went on, advised us very helpfully, and knew how to make it a reality. Plumbers, builders, electricians, plasterers, decorators-- all these trades were involved, and everyone did excellent work. Greatly appreciated.

Had a completely new combi boiler installed and a water tank stripped out from a cupboard to free up the extra space.Really great service, not only were the guys on time every morning, they were super friendly and helpful to someone who has recently moved in and knows nothing about plumbing!Job was completed in good time, clean and tidy, and very thorough. Had an issue linking up to the shower which was handled really well and very quickly, as well as spotting some poor wiring on the back of my washing machine which I had recently had repaired, they fixed even though it had nothing to do with them!Great service, decent value and helpful all around, would recommend.

First of all,...satisfactory work delivered by installing new shower, valve and investigation of shower leak. Sam ,the plumber was really good .Nevertheless, I was not happy ,on how my quote/ estimate was handled by Steve Cross and his team.In my opinion, not detailed enough ,which lead to misunderstanding what materials I prefered e.g. and that there was no renegotiation possible,..Future customers might want to consider this on complex jobs.I don't think they take enough care of Customer retention for future work.I was quite upset by this and therefore won't recommend or use Steve Cross Plumbing again.

Steve Cross Plumbing fitted an Air Source Heat Pump system to our house. Staff were all very professional, efficient, tidy and did an excellent job. The whole installation was completed on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Complete new bathroom fitted. Bath removed and large shower installed, eveything was completed to a very high standard. Very professional, explained what they were going to be doing each day. Left it clean and tidy at the end of a day, and never made any mess. Very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble for them and they really took pride in their work.The salesman who came out to do the plans etc was also very professional and helpful, as we weren't really sure what we wanted to achieve.The tiler was faultless.Excellent job all round.

Steve Cross Plumbing came to fit a new immersion heater and then subsequently came and fit a new hot water tank and a boiler service. The company is professional and responsive, and the plumbers were efficient and more than happy to answer my questions. This company came to us through a family recommendation, and we will continue to use their services. I 100% recommend them if you're in the Oxfordshire area.

Callum & Frazer did an excellent job of fitting a new radiator in our orangery. They were both very polite & quiet, took there shoes off where necessary & left the room clean & tidy. We can’t praise them enough.
