Vets4Pets - Abingdon

Unfortunately I had a dispute with the reception staff who were there a year ago. Might be new staff now but the reception the time I'm speaking of we're rude and miserable. No smiles, no manners and lie. I got a phone call from one of the senior staff having a go at me for arguing with her receptionist. I didn't argue at all,I merely didn't agree with the way she was speaking to me and then she lied to her boss saying it was me. My husband was a witness and agreed it wasn't me, emailed them but heard nothing back. I personally have been to other vets for pets with ZERO problems and continue to use them as a company but avoid Abingdon! Awful treatment and and my pets deserve a nice atmosphere!

Mis diagnosed, given treatment which wasn't safe or correct, was not professional in conduct, please avoid and visit local experienced vets before they kill your pet and charge you for the pleasure.

First visit with Roco felt welcomed at reception was seen bang on time which was great the vet Daniel was brilliant explained everything spoke to us the whole visit gave us some great advice and tips and tricks overall fantastic experience.

Great service they really do care for are pets here and they love to see them though the though times and even help with the loss of are fur baby's how ever big all small.

The reception staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, very happy with the service I was provided. The vet was able to answer my questions without any hesitation, he went through what I should expect clearly which helped calm my nerves. Overall a very pleasant trip!

Very sadly we had to put to sleep our very brave and strong cat Daisy. I wished I could remember the name of the vet as she was brilliant so thoughtful and caring. Thank you.

The vets here are so wonderful and have done so much for us. Our poor cat Barry was attacked and ended up having to have his eye removed as an emergency surgery. The vet Lucy talked us through everything beforehand and was honest with us about the costs and how Barry would be feeling and everything that would be done. She saved his life and now he's as happy ever. We can't thank Vets4Pets enough for what they've done. I will always recommend them, they're such a wonderful practice.

Perfect!Unfortunately I had to have our family dog of 12 years put to sleep this week but Emma and her team were outstanding with the support and advice they provided to aid us in making the decision the hardest decision.We were allowed to leave straight after the procedure to allow us to come to terms with our loss.Thanks so much Emma, Joe & the team

Tash and Dan are great, they spend time with my dogs and I never feel pressured from them. Adele on reception is super lovely and caring, too. There's two other vets we've seen at this practice but they rushed us out after 30 seconds of barely looking at my dogs and then passed me a £80+ bill. Going forward, I will always ask for Tash or Dan!
