This was my first time of visiting this nail bar & I'm very disappointed. I was having a new set of nails, my nails were not cut down first or my cuticles cut. My nails were all different lengths & they didn't check them properly. After a week the nail varnish was chipping & after 10 days the varnish was peeling off. I booked an appointment to have the varnish redone & they kept me waiting for over 30 minutes with no apologies for the inconvenience & their customer service was just rude & made it very clear they were not happy about correcting their mistake. They blamed me for the varnish peeling & said I didn't put my hands correctly in the nail dryer. Their attitude towards me was appalling I have had my nails done for many year & this is the first time that I have had peeling nail varnish. I would not recommend this nail bar & will not be returning.

Popped in today in the off chance that they could fit me in - and they could!Really friendly staff and they did a great job of my nails and toe nails. I'll definitely be going back :)

My 1st time here and I shall be back ! I never thought to walk into a place like this as I didn’t think many men would go here! I went for a footspa and scrub and it was brilliant ! no rush and the lovely lady who gave me my new feet did a brilliant job!I shall be back again for another foot spa next month!The host was so kind, she was giving out snacks to her clients that were in the shop!

My first visit at this place was fine and I was pretty satisfied with the result. However the second time I came I was seen by a different technician asked for a gel manicure and due to language barrier the nail technician assumed I wanted to do acrylics and began clipping one of my nails shorter than I’d like. Service felt rushed and I was juggled along with another customer. I asked and even pointed to the nail shape I wanted but it resulted in a different shape instead. All in all I wasn’t happy with my second visit and will not be coming back.

I went to Nails Creative to get my nails done as it was cheaper here than the place I normally go to. I loved the experience! I felt welcome! My nails were done quickly and neatly. Despite not getting what I asked for completely, my nail technician was able to do a great job! I was impressed with the finished work and tipped! :)

I went in for full set of acrylics and pedicure and really happy with the results, I can't remember the name of the man who did them (sorry!!). He done exactly what I asked for and was very thorough and neat. Will definitely go back again

very good. went in there and the lady told me the price that my nails would be straight away and was the exact price it came to. didn’t have to wait long at all and the nail techs always made sure i liked the nails in between each step of the process. nails were exactly how i wanted, 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I'm really unhappy with my experience at this salon. When taking off my gel polish I asked them not to use the electric nail file to remove the gel because there is a risk of wearing down the nail into the nail bed. I asked them to use acetone instead because my nails are thin to begin with. The guy took issue with this but I insisted, I know my nails. After the acetone had taken effect the guy came over with a NAIL FILE and went at my nails with it! He could have used the cuticle pusher, instead he went at my nails over and over....and he has filed all the way down into my nail bed. So not only are these areas sore and tender, when they grow out my nails will be weak and I won't be able to style them. They just didn't want to listen and decided to do what they wanted. They use the electric nail file for everything! In the picture you can see the filed down spots and the rest of my nails are thinner and weaker as a result. I will not be coming back to this salon.

Hannah was great with nail art and also nice to chat to. Her colleague did the base work and he was great too. Priced really well also. I got acrylic tips with gel removal and a gel nail art done for £33. Would recommend !
