This yoga studio is simply amazing! The teachers are all very kind and help a lot to improve your practice. The soft floor padding makes poses on your knees comfortable, especially if you are working with an injury. And being located next to London Fields means you go to the park after a class to be even more relaxed

I was in London for a weekend and ended up doing a class here. It was raining heavily and took me 40 mins to get there but it was worth the journey!! The instructor was great and I felt amazing afterwards. All the facilities were excellent. I felt like a new woman after, I’d highly recommend it. I just wish there was one here where I live!

15 quid intro promotion gets you unlimited yoga for the week. I love this location and it’s proximity to awesome cafes and public transportation. Shower facilities are clean; you’ll need em after a sweaty class.

Perfect place for a good workout as well as to unwind. Great instructors who one can test using the first timer deal - one week for 15 quid with unlimited access. You can check which instructors are best for you! My recommendation: Rikke and Nick, but others are as good and it's just a personal preference.Also, if you need help with anything (also app) they're really responsive.Happy to have the HotPodYoga around (even after the venue moved), thanks!

I went to my first hotpod yoga class on Saturday evening and it was amazing. Natalia was an amazing teacher, really made me feel welcome and made adjustments accordingly, I will definitely attend more of her classes! I will be back soon :)

The friendliest yoga ever! It's hot in the pod balanced with cool tunes as you're directed through a sequence of postures. I leave feeling happy and amazing every single time. Plenty of 1 hour slots to choose from. I bet if you try it you'll be hooked! :)

I bought a month's membership here and it was totally worth it. With so much choice in London, it can be hard to find a place that has a consistent level of quality teaching, but this is one of those rare finds. Found myself totally in 'the zone' quite a few times and felt the benefits physically and mentally. Thank you for providing such a great space!
