Prompt delivery serviceI ordered the Nickle gamma bed frame double sizeWell made looks expensiveLovely bed perfect colour as I didn’t want black or whiteOnly one criticism before ordering I called to find out if it had supporting legs underneath as that would have been a game changerWas told it hadn’tIt does, although the two legs appear firm and have adjustments to heightSpent a good hour playing Jenga with storage boxes due to position of legsWould have given 5/5 if it hadnt had the support legs

Bought a chest of drawers 18 years ago which I have never had a problem with , when we moved house some of the plastic runners were broken. Today went into the shop to ask if he had any replacement runners I could buy , as they discontinued this range a while he hadn't but he gave me some metal runners , fantastic customer service

I rarely bother to write reviews but Lee and his team truly deserve one. We bought an entire set of bedroom furniture, and the whole process was a pleasure and hassle free. Lee is incredibly helpful and patient when dealing with the options/colours/fabrics etc, and he organised delivery and construction through regular contact with email and phone.What a refreshing change to have personal customer service; a vastly improved experience compared to the large chain stores. With fair prices too, I’d highly recommend a visit.

We ordered a king size ottoman bed we were really pleased with the quality and the price. The service we had was great even coming to our home to help with the Ottoman element of the bed.
