Lady with black cap on at time 17:00 very miserable I felt like not buying anything at all luckily there was a young man who made me feel comfortableSenior management need to have a word with the lady working not very nice at all very miserable.No one should be made to feel this way at all being nhs worker I expected better.Won't be coming back sorry

Greggs is what it is, pies and baked “treats”. I had the veggie slice thing. It’s ok hot and filling. Easy food to eat but not interesting or that healthy. The car park and entrance is a bit of squeeze.

Enter the toilets at your own risk.Smeared excrement on the wall also on the edge of the toilet seat, urine soaked floor. For a place that sells food, the employees should hang their heads in shame for the state of this. Seen cleaner toilets in truck stops.

The ladies in the morning at Gregg's Kingston (MK) are awesome. I'm sure the other team members are great but I have only been in the morning for an office bulk collection.They are happy to pop anything in the oven for you and generally have great customer service.

The food is great but sadly nobody policing the parking. We had to get a car moved for access to the dropped kerb for Mums wheelchair to get in then get a white van moved to get out. We won't be coming here again

Just passing from Lyneham to Lincoln. Staff are a credit to the company. Helpful, friendly and I was grateful of a break in a 200 miles trip. (Pity about the extortionate fuel prices)22p per liter more expensive than Lincoln

Nasty - unclean tables, filthy toilets and no gluten free products for coeliacs - loads of vegan food though - they must have a more public presence. Burger King outlet next door woeful - had Whopper meals without the buns - cold and small portions- all in all an awful services... Don't bother - drive to the next one
