They were friendly, helpful, professional and really seemed to have a passion for what they do. They even did some extra bits for me at no extra cost (which really helped me stick to my budget). The biggest plus for me, as I'm a bit older, was that she was English and based in London. When we spoke it was easy for me to explain what I wanted and for me to easily understand her. I would absolutely recommend this company.
