I love ❤ the place .The girls are wonderful perfect costumer service.Amaizing advises and Amazing work. They help me to save my hair which was in very bad situation. They doing my beautiful nails,face treatment, deep peals ,face massage and much more. I recommend them them 100%.

Amazing results after more than 4 hours of hard work done by the lovely and extremely talented hairstylist, I got a fabulous blonde, the best I ever had. Highly recommended.

I went here for the first time and certainly will not be the last. As a male I sometimes feel anxious going into establishments such as these. The staff were so welcoming and they make you feel comfortable. The lady who did my eyebrows was amazing and did them perfectly. I would 100% recommend going here & you will not be disappointed.

Been here once to enquire about pricing. Found the junior hairdresser was good in answering queries & any question. The woman on the reception area now is rude and does not know what she is talking about.Also need to understand not all customer speak their language so when I went in to enquire, the way they talking with the facial expressions I found rude because I could not understand. Really need to replace the girl on reception as I know two other people who refuse to use this salon due to her attitude.

I would give this place a 1 star if I could.When I first saw the place I thought it looked good and was expecting good results turned out I was wrong.First of all the staff were very rude while I was speaking to the lady who did my hair she would ignore me and talk in her own language to her colleagues.Secondly the lady who did my VIRGIN hair started from the roots and worked her way down which resulted with my roots really bright and the ends of my hair not.Also the way she applied the dye was soo messy that I could have done a better job at home.She didnt put foil on my hair the only thing she put on my hair was a plastic bag waiting for the dye to sit.After she asked what would I want with my hair and I said straightened.When she was straightening my hair she burnt me a few times which hurt.Did I mention she rushed the whole thing.Then I thought it couldn't get worse but when I was paying they were really pressuring me to give them a good review so I did.But then someone that I knew told me they had a bad experience here to so I decided to tell the truth so people dont waste their money and time here.Also their prices are not worth it .It was so expensive for the job they did.

It was my first time visiting this salon today but all the staff are so lovely and make you feel welcome! Ami transformed my hair so well and I’m very happy with the outcome! Thank you so much ❤️

I was really struggling to find a good hair artist, as I didn’t colour my hair for around 5 years. I came across Leeds style concept’s page- I am so glad I found it and came here and used the service Leeds style concept has to offer.Lonela has done my hair colouring, cutting and toning many times and my hair always looks and feels amazing! Her consultations are thorough and she puts customers needs first!Ami does amazing treatments and blow dries! :-)So many hair dressers don’t care about the customers hair long term, and would do whatever a customer wants- however Lonela consults the customer and if she feels something will not be good, she advises against it. Which shows she has best interest for her customers, and customers always comes first.I also come to see Oana for my gel nails and pedicures regularly, and she is 10/10, her creativity is amazing!The service and atmosphere at Leeds Style Concept is exceptional- it has such a nice, comfortable, homely feel, that I am now a regular customer (I’m at the salon almost every week) :-)I have read some comments below that “staff always speak in there own language” - my nationality is different and I have never been made to feel uncomfortable, they speak with me in English and the staff are all friendly and professional.The prices are reasonable, and the service is amazing.I will not use any other salon apart from Leeds Style Concept.See you next week for my other treatments :-) x

Just been to Leeds Style Concept and I had my hair done by Ionela. She done a great job, I had an awful blonde colour and the haircut just simply wrong, both done at a different salon. She always does a great job, 100% professional and dedicated to her job. I definitely recommend it!

Got a haircut today and im really happy with it.My daughter saw it when i came home and she wants it too. Customer service is good
