Feeling sadCove kennels. we have taken our dog to them several times and he been good all time but this time we left him for a week, but apparently he didn’t settle at night properly, they had our phone number if there Was a problem but they never used it they new we had a friend just up the road from them which they could off come down to help with him, but clearly didn’t want to do that to help our dog, but when we got back they told us about the barking problem we said we have got a collar for him to stop the barking for next time but they said they don’t want him back they where quite rude to us when they said they won’t have him back also they wasn’t interested in trying to solve the the issueIt breaks r hearts that r poor dog was so distressed and told he was move to back of kennels on his own and was given his daily walkswe was treated unprofessionally

Our old airedale Pandora has been here lots of time and loves it. She often has her fur trimmed very nicely too whilst in residence. Lovely quiet scenic location, ideal for dogs.

We arranged for our dog to stay at Cove kennels whilst we got married in Hastings. What a wonderfully warm and welcoming set up! Our dog was well looked after. We'd highly recommend.

Little Hugo spent a few days here whilst we moved home - very welcoming, friendly & professional. Lovely location, beautiful grounds, will definitely be using this place again when the need arises. Thank you so much for looking after Hugo so well.

It was the first time I had left my 5 month old puppy and was very apprehensive.. I shouldn't of worried so much as Cove Boarding Kennels is exceptional!! If I could give more then 5 stars I would. My puppy was very well looked after and very happy. My puppy will definitely be boarding at Cove again without question, I won't be using anywhere else. I can not recommend Cove Kennels enough. Thank you so much for taking such great care of Tommy.

Excellent staff/ owners. They are very kind, and caring to us as owners to the dogs and to the dogs themselves. Never had any problems with the customer service nor price or booking process for the kennels.However, the only negative of the kennels is that due to taking cats as well, where you drop the dogs off, the cat kennels are right at the front. This excites the dogs, braking and jumping around.I would definelty highly reccommend having your cats or dogs in this kennels.

Lovely setting for a kennels with its own land including woodlands. The couple who run the kennels really care about each dog/cat and listen to individual needs.We particularly liked that none of the dogs are mixed at any time. They get their own allotted time for the outside secure run, 2 walks and their own kennels (obviously) which is heated as required and always kept clean.Our dog always comes back happy, clean and well exercised from a stay at the kennels. I cannot recommend this place enough!
