Where do I start? This place is everything a garage should be. Fairly priced, transparent with any issues with your vehicle before any works are carried out and best of all have a top team working here who will do everything in their ability to get you back on the road with minimal stress. Big shout out to the manager Barny!If you need a service, MOT or general repairs, this is where you should be taking your car! I know I will.

IN'n'OUT Autocentre was recommended to me by a friend as I am a female with a car and a work van. I have since used they’re services to do my MOT, have a service, new tyres and minor repairs. I mainly work with Barney who is so polite and professional. He treats my vehicles as if they were his. He always gives me his honest opinion even advising me to check for my reassurance. I am happy to recommend IN'n'OUT Autocentre to everyone but especially women. There location is also great as you can pop into Morrison cafe and wait if its a small job.

Dealt with Barny first time impression very professional and polite. I explained I needed the car for the next day for work and he offered to wait. Came in a little after 7:00 to collect the keys and he happily waited what a lifesaver ! 5*

Honestly, God knows what all these 5* reviews are about. The staff at this place are incompitent and just want your money, everytime ive been there, they're sat twiddling their thumbs. Not too mention they are on the more expensive side of the MOT at £45. I went last week and my car failed due to a cracked rim and a couple of other advisorys. Barney... advised to get the wheel changed and come back for a free retest in which i did today. Today my car failed again due to not getting a dust cover replaced however this was not explained to me by Barney even though i thought this would happen in the first place. The guy then had the cheek to say ill have to pay again. Why misinform your customers and then try to charge them again? Additionally i asked for a rough estimate twice on the other work required, knowing the part is only £20, both times the question was diverted by the onsite manager, basically trying to avoid numbers until an obscene figure can be given. The manager then proceeded to read out the MOT fail sheet to me as if im an illiterate 5 year old. This couldn't have been anymore belittling. Trust this as an honest review and take your car elsewhere to be maintained. Do not overpay like me and get fed lies that will waste both your time and money. Absolutely appauling service and I will not return EVER. I seriously advise other motorists to take this review with upmost sincerity and AVOID THIS GARAGE. Take your car and money elsewhere, somewhere you wont get messed around and have your time wasted.

This guys are so genuine, my MOT was done and throughout they were amazing and honest. Don't hesitate to get your car to them. Thank you guys

Just had my MOT done here. It was easy to book and very quick to perform. A text was sent to say it was completed.

These guys really saved my bacon after another well known chain let me down at the last minute.We're able to sort me a same-day MOT which meant I wouldn't be without my car for two weeks!Professional, friendly, and quick. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Bought my car in for MOT the manager Barny gave his concerns that it may fail due to age/rust offering me a health check explaining and showing what it entails. Unfortunately the car did fail but it's something I could have avoided following his advice. Ps the guy knows what he’s talking about!

First time going to in'n'out clean and professional, the manager Barny priced the job fairly and also gave me the option to pay in installments which is interest free! Will be using them again for sure! Cheers again Barny
