Ordered a Wilson (package) set of clubs on Saturday delivered to my door on the Tuesday morning, fantastic service and very competitive price. Very impressed.

Fabulous service! George from The Golf Store 4U went beyond the call of duty to ensure my parcel arrived when DPD again failed to provide an acceptable service. After their usual failure to deliver for no good reason, he did everything in his power to ensure the situation was rectified and kept me updated on the situation with a level of customer care that is all too rare these days. Thank you!

So I’ve shopped at all the online golf stores and they are all pretty much of a much. However best prices I’ve found for my balls are here and when delivery was attempted twice by APC, they told me to contact Golfstore4u as they only make two attempts. So after getting in touch they explained to me that APC would charge them again. But knowing I was travelling soon to play they waived the fee to make sure I got my delivery intime. It was excellent service and a genuine gesture of goodwill and I am already planing on but another two dozen to see me through next years golfing. Thank you Golfstore4u.

Bought an electric trolley. Very efficient and quick delivery.It developed a problem with the battery not charging. Contacted the company who organised a replacement battery straight away. As this showed the same issue, the problem had to be with the charger. Contacted golf store 4u and again they arranged a replacement.l straight away.Excellent service, great response from them and will definitely be using them again.

I ordered a jacket from the company, over a week later i received an email and a refund saying that my size and colour choice were not in stock. I therefore changed my colour choice which was showing as in stock and ordered again. 10 days later I have received another email saying that the item is out of stock. I have been back on the website and the it is still available to purchase.

Ordered a set of graphite shafted clubs from this company, kept me up to date of delivery times etc. Unfortunately I received a set of steel shafted clubs. Phoned the company, got put through to an answer machine stating someone would call me back. I was called back later on that afternoon, I explained the issue I had. The man on the phone told me it was a probable picking error as the boxes are identical apart from a small sticker on an item selection. Told me he would arrange for the wrong set to be collected, and the correct ones to be sent out by Tuesday this week. Correct clubs received today. Excellent customer service, well priced. Accidents happen, it’s how you deal without them and this company got it spot on! Can’t recommend enough and will definitely be using them again.

Steer well clear of this online golf shop. Poor customer service from the start. First I ordered a package golf set and it was all fine, said it was out for despatch and then when it didn't arrive, I rang to ask what's the situation to be told they haven't got the complete set due to manufactures (understandable in current climate) so I then ask what was an alternative and was happy with that. Set come, looked the part and was happy with it. Then after half a dozen rounds my PW and 8 irons heads have sheared off. I've sent a couple of emails upto 2 weeks ago and no reply, I've rang and left my number 3 to 4 times... No call back. The website says open for business and they'd quite happily take money but not sort out existing customer problems. Also when I ordered my package set, the shafts came with all different flexibilitie, llike it had just been totally thrown together at a wim. I also ordered a glove, which never came and was told 'I'm owed a glove' next time I order. Won't be ordering from these cowboys again and more fool them as my game has improved dramatically and looking at new clubs before the year is out.

Let down. Products on their website aren’t updated with ‘Out of Stock’, ordered a trolley on Friday and paid for next day delivery...Expected delivery on Monday, it didn’t turn up. Chased on email and was told my product was out of stock but they’d deliver a different colour ‘Wednesday, worst case Thursday’, it didn’t turn up.Phoned this time and have been told I won’t receive the product until at least a week after order.Appreciate demand is high in Summer, especially with lockdown, but managing expectations and their website is poor.

Amazing service. Dealt with George at the customer service team who was amazing. Knowledgeable and very very polite and sympathetic.Had major issues with the delivery. Which isn't the golf store problem. They were quick and didn't hesitate to get me clubs.Regardless if the ones I purchased was out of stock.I hope they get the claim sorted so they aren't out of pocket. But in all honesty this little ordeal has got them a customer for life.Best company I've dealt with even if minor hiccup which was out of there hands.5 star

Unbelievably good company. I’ll use them again, before I even look in another golf shop. The customer service is the best I’ve had. I ordered a set of clubs which were perfect apart from a scratch down the shaft of the driver. I called to report it, I didn’t know what could be done, it was a scratch, not dented, not bent. They apologised immediately, looked into it, called me back, sent a replacement via next day service. I didn’t have to chase or keep calling. With both deliveries I’ve been kept up to date, been given a delivery slot and the goods turned up. The guy I spoke to was great, I’d go as far as saying I’d call him back for advice before buying anything else. My partner wants some clubs next, I know where I’ll be going to get hers.
