Embrace Sexual Health Service

Terrible lying unhelpful receptionist staff. Dont understand why these people are in the job. Are you telling me that everyone needs tge service. You can never get an appointment at this clinic. All staff need to be sacked .

The services is great.The receptionist, HCAs and Drs are kind and professional.

If I could give 0 I would. Had an appointment to have implant out 2 weeks ago. Turn up to find out it’s just a chat about to have it out… why I need to have a chat about having something removed out my own body is a joke… got told next available dates are in March… but dates haven’t been released yet… got told someone will be in contact.. it’s been 2 weeks… I call this morning for the lady to state that have no record of me… and that it stated I’m waiting for the implant to be fitted…. Firstly how can you have no record of me but then say I’m down for the implant to be put in? I’ve had the implant in for and year and a few months. I stated all I want todo is book an appointment to have it removed as I have my yellow paper confirming I’ve had my chat to say I want it removed out my own body. Then said the doctors haven’t sent my paper work over… so can’t book an appointment…. How is it sir difficult to have something removed out my own body!!!! It’s a joke !! Will be processing a complaint further !

Very unhelpful receptionist, advised me to return to where service was done for it to be reversed. I'm not aware of such law that I must return to where I had service for it's reversal.
