Absolutely disgusted with this finance company. First the company bought our old car from us which still had £400 owing on the finance. They said they would pay the finance off yet now we are receiving letters saying the payments havent been made. Contacted the conpany and alls we keep getting is we will look into it. If they sorted it in the first place they would not need to look in to it !! Second the car has had to be serviced even though the sales team said it had been recently serviced. Third the car has had engine problems a month after we purchased. This should have been under the free 6 month warranty. We rang the warranty to be told there is no recognition of our car and so to get in touch with the sales team. However once again sales team is not interested

Bought a car 3 years ago from MA cars. Cost me £1,000's to keep it on the road (the warranty was worthless). The beginning of this year it finally died. Got it to a garage who stripped the engine apart. The fault was the swirl flaps. I thought that was some sort of joke, apparently some bar connection was completely gone and cost me £800 to have it all replaced including some software reprogramming (i know the mechanic personally so he wasnt trying to pull the wool over my eyes). Its impossible to tell where, when and who had the software changed to hide the fault that the swirl flaps were faulty but I bought myself a duff car. My advice would be to get an AA or RAC inspection on any car that you buy from here. I had finance on the car plus the regular repair fees, the first 18 months I didnt have one month where it was problem free. Thankfully I stuck with it and now that ive parted with over £3k since ive had it, it runs well now. Get an inspection from an outside party!!

Found staff to be extremely helpful , Richard Harris , did an exceptional job and found me the perfect car , very pleased , and would definitely recommend them to everyone , and would definitely be going back again to upgrade ...... 10/10

please read the message that follows and fwd to all ur friends .....This garage is a total con and rip off I bought car 18 August 2017 and am on my third car ... these cars are all faulty and nobody cares! My third car has numerous faults and should have gone in to the garage whilst I was off work at Christmas as arranged with Branch manager whose name I will not disclose for now ... they don’t care they just closed branch and yet again changed garage name to ma car group from mark Andrews which has changed its name in number of occasions slightly if u check companies house along with all its staff. This garage has ripped me off big time I ended up over £2000 out of pocket!! Still no log book and warranty and a third car with multiple faults!! The warranty is not worth paper it’s written on as I found out when first car had its engine out within two days and warranty wise would not pay out owing a lie told by mark Andrews when submitting warranty info about car! I was promised 300 good will gesture fir all my troubles and lost monies .., nothing... they even took an unauthorised amount of money out of my bank!!!! This company does not care about its customers just it’s bank balance and after numerous attempts at trying to contact Soecufic people in head Office and just getting cut off I am now going to trading standards and any other media that will get me justice for this sham of a business .... THEY KNOW THEY ARE IN THE WRONG AND HAVE BLOCKED ME FROM MESSAGING ON FACEBOOKSo anyone reading this and wanting to buy from this company contact me here and I will tell u exactly what this company is about ... how they manage to tax vehicles when u legally can’t ... and how strange the cars come with full mot yet all three of mine had faults that should not have allowed car to pass an mot!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE

What an absolute joke of a company. Got approved finance last Friday, made an appointment for the Sat to pick a car, was in there four hours standing around why they did what they did, was then told they had to order the car in for us and would be 7-10 days before we got it (fair enough) asked them to send me the details of the car for insurance quotes etc and all the finance details, got sent a picture of the car that was it. Have emailed Olly and tried ringing for an update several times and no reply. I had the finance team ringing me to ask how my test drive went and if I liked the car etc and had to tell them I hadn't got it yet. (how embarrassing that I couldn't tell them anything about the car) finally got through to someone on Sat who informed me the transport manager would be back in Monday morning and would ring me before 12pm. No phone call! No answer on the phone all day either. No reply to yet another email. Spoke to the finance team again who struggled themselves to get a response. To just get a phone call now from the finance team to say Mark Andrews lost the bid for the car they told me I was getting so that deal can't go ahead and I am now without a car as I sold my old one. Oh and that's not all they also promised to pay some towards the deposit I was meant to pay and I have been told that they can't do that and have acted wrongly there to. So now I am waiting for my deposit back and the finance team to now try and sort me a car out. Worst experience of my life. Shocking customer service. Alls it would have took was a phone call to apologise they lost the bid but would find me a replacement car, instead they ignored me failed to call me and had the cheek to tell the finance team they had been in touch me with alternatives and I couldn't decide in another car. Bare faced lie. Never ever will I go with these again and I will make sure no one I know do either.

Not bad on the sales side of it and happy with my new car the problem is i traded my old car in with outstanding finance on and they where ment to settle this in November 2017 we are now in Febuary 2018 and still not been setlled and i am now in a positon of baliffs and recovery agents showing up at my door . Not good MADE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS , VOICE MAILS AND EMAILS TO NO REPLY I WILL BE SHOWING UP AT YOUR WARRINGTO DEALERSHIP TODAY AND PLEASE BE READY .
