Nina’s classes are brilliant! Nina is an excellent teacher who creates a fun and friendly atmosphere in classes which are physically and mentally stimulating. My strength and flexibility have improved as a result and I always look forward to my class.

Nina is an excellent pilates teacher, and her classes are incredibly personalised. I love her warm and caring attitude and how she adapts the classes to those that are in it. Her classes have helped my back issues, made me more posturally aware and made me move and feel better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who's looking to support an excellent local business.
