Poor beyond anything, unprofessional, and the service is exceptionally poor as well. I spend on average between 20/50 pounds in their pace and joined the priority service as well as member thinking that my garments would be looked after. Damage on my shirts has been constant, buttons cracked, and completely ripped off, marks on myThe when I asked why was this happening, instead of accepting responsibility she kept going on how they send them away. Frankly i said I don't care. You should accept responsibility and get the garment fixed. They seem more keen on giving out excuses. Well they have lost my custom and further to that I advise to stay away from this place if you want your items taken care of.

Took my leather jacket in to have the arm rip stitched up and was delighted they could do it there and then. The quality and service was 100%. Took less than 30 minutes and didn't cost as much as I thought it would do. This is more than just a dry cleaners. Thank you so much to the friendly and helpful ladies there.. Would completely recommend.

I have nothing to against the young lady who served me, she was very polite but dirty marks still on it. Very disappointed.

Popped in this afternoon to have my husband’s tuxedo shirt pressed for a wedding. We were caught short without an iron at our accommodation. The staff ironed the shirt immediately while we waited. Pressed to perfection and very friendly. Excellent service!!! Thank you!!!

The staff who work here are absolutely brilliant! I left north wales 04:00 and had to drive 5 hours to Stevenage, i didn’t have time to dry my coverall properly after washing it so when i seen the store I decided to go in and see if they could drive it for me which i was told would be no problem and to return in 20 minutes. When i went back to the store not only was my coverall ready waiting for me but the very kind staff refused payment. The world needs more people like these, thankyou again!

We’ve been in here several times now to get various items cleaned inc suits and wedding dresses.There’s always a warm welcome here from the friendly and helpful staff. Drop it off, wait for the text message to let you know it’s ready for collection a few days later and hey presto, clean and ready to go clothing.If you get lucky you can also park pretty much outside and pop in.

I give my whole team lab coat to clean and collect before going on holiday. I come back and one of my workmate wearing the very dirty lab coat and I recongnise the pattern of dirt before I took it for wash. I asked him whether this one is from the pink dry cleaner bag. He said yes. I then checked my lab coat in the pink bag. The little stain that I have before go on holiday are still on the lab coat after being washed. I don't feel the lab coats of my team have been washed. I feel like they just received and give it back didn't do anything and told us it's been washed and dry and fold. Actually they didn't fold properly. I have to fold every one by myself. Lab coat is represent my company and I feel very guilty that I found this dry cleaner and ask my boss for approval and I told him maximum cost 19 pounds and it won't be more than buying a lab coat. We area a small company doesn't mean that we could be treated like that. And I don't have a clean lab coat to represent my company. I certainly would tell people my experience. This is the first time that I use this service for business and I am very much regret that I make the wrong choice.

Can't fault the service, price and location. Staff really friendly too

Poor customer service. I left trousers to be shortened. When I went to pick those up, they couldn’t be found. The lady in the shop phoned her manager to see what was going on and was told that the item of clothing had been given to another customer by mistake. That information had not been passed on to staff at the shop - they just didn’t care, not even 1%. They then expected me to wait until the next day because the customer who had my trousers was going out to dinner and would not be able to bring them back. On top of this a gentleman in the shop at the same time noted that his clothes were not ready after having dropped them off 10 days before. The shop clearly needs a change of management, with the emphasis on the customer rather than staff.Try to find an alternative dry cleaner.
