Have been coming here for years and was very unhappy on my last visit. I asked for gel toes which was £20 to then be told at the end that it was £25. I asked why and the lady said ‘£5 for take off’. I only had nail polish on my toes and barely any at that! When I said that, the response was ‘£5 for any take off’ I was actually in shock at the time and can’t believe times are that hard people are now scamming you out of money. I could have taken the nail polish off myself and gone elsewhere but they didn’t tell me the ridiculous £5 cost to wipe nail varnish off until the end. I won’t be returning.

One of the best nail salon I have been to since moving to Luton. Very polite and kind always listen and make sure your nails are always perfect. Omg the pedicure and the massage is amazing too just woooow. I felt so good and relaxed leaving the nail salon. Would highly recommend T& A nails :).

Really fast and very well done- £25 for acrylic full set with gel. Will definitely go back. EDIT its now 11 jan and they are still on!

The workers jiggled me and played with me like a balloon. They threw on the floor and threw nail polish on me. They glued fake eyelashes in places that i can't mention. I ran home crying. I came back the next day to ask why they did that but instead they started jiggling me on the chair and then they forced me to watch power rangers with them for 5 hours. At they gave me a brazilian wax even though i didnt want one.

Been using t&a for 18 months quality not bad but have decided not to return again due to the sheer rudeness of the staff when I went to get my infills done today. Spent a lot of money here and always get spoken to like a piece of dirt and today was the last time I’ll put up with it.

AVOIDTook my girlfriend to get her nails done today, she showed them a picture with pale colours we came out with bright colours. They are nothing like the picture, it was £30 which is very expensive for a 16 year old. The shape is completely wrong. AVOID.
